Through our community programmes we aim to deliver sustainable long-term benefits that make a difference to people’s lives and positively impact on the communities we serve.
We work as partners with community and third-sector organisations to deliver these programmes. This helps us reach more people and brings a wider range of skills and opportunities into the mix.
Along with the provision within schools we have a community focus programme that provides and delivers specialist bilingual programmes that will increase sustainability within communities through working with the long term unemployed as well as disengaged youths. Our innovative programmes are constructed in house and structured in a way demonstrating progression stages which in turn enables regular review processes. Each programme places a large emphasis on final outcomes which are essential in order for us to ensure sustainability within community projects. Potential barriers are identified prior to the delivery of each programme ensuring participation levels are consistent throughout delivery.
