Outcomes & Statistics
We are currently delivering a range of employability programmes to those furthest away from the labour market and disengaged members of communities across the South West Wales area. Part of our remit is to design and deliver bespoke programmes that will give the basic skills necessary to develop confidence and fulfil their potential in order to become job ready clients.
Thanks to the hard work and levels of professionalism displayed by our community programme coordinators and tutors we have been able to attain impressive statistical outcomes.
Statistical overview for outcomes achieved to date;
• 67% of participants who’ve completed our courses have gone on to further education and training.
• 91% of course participants completed our courses
• 100% of those clients that completed our course attained an accredited qualification.
• 20% of those attended went on to voluntary work
