1. Payment and/or your signature constitute your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Following receipt of your booking form and/or payment, at your request J & B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd will send you an email to confirm your booking. Please ensure that your email address is supplied otherwise we will be unable to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellation is subject to the following charges:

• 4 weeks prior to a camp – 100% refund
• 2 weeks prior to a camp – 50% refund
• 1 week prior to a camp – 25% refund
• Less than 1 week prior to a camp – no refund

Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.

4. Uncollected Children. For every 30 minutes a child is uncollected after their pre-booked collection time a £5 charge will be incurred.

5. J & B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd nor any of its staff, nor persons involved with the organisation accepts liability for any losses or damage to personal belongings.

6. J and B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd reserve the right to modify a programme due to adverse weather conditions, low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. If a parent or guardian would like to make a complaint to J and B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd then speak to a member of staff on the camp who will try to sort out the problem. Alternatively contact the office by phone, email or written post. A full and detailed copy of our complaints procedure is available to parents or guardians on request.

8. J and B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low registration numbers, adverse weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur we will offer alternative arrangements that will include an alternative activity, venue or full refund.

9. We only accept on the day payments which are made by cash or cheque. We do not accept payment by personal cheque. We apologise for any inconvenience.

10. For pre-booked places all payment must be made at the time of booking. A booking without payment prior to a Camp will not be valid.
Although J and B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd will take every reasonable step to avoid injuries being suffered by participants, there is an inherent risk of injury in our Camp programme. By making payment and/or signing the booking form, you confirm that you are the parent or guardian of the child listed above and have custody and control of him/ her and you confirm that:

• You have read and accept all of our terms and conditions.
• You irrevocably consent to: your child’s participation in their SkillWales programme, your child being photographed whilst at the Camp, and that such photographs can be used in future promotional material produced by J and B enterprises (Swansea) Ltd, and data relating to your child collected by J and B enterprises (Swansea) being used for the purposes of associated promotion.
• You accept that there is an inherent risk of injury in our active camp programme.
• You accept that we will only administer prescribed drugs, e.g. antibiotics or inhaler, to your child during the camp with your verbal and written consent at the start of the camp.
